SOP Review, Revision, or Creation

Service Description

All SOP work will start with a free 30 minute discovery session. During this chat we'll identify areas you feel need improvement, what has been done so far, and what we can do together to create a more organized work environment through documentation. We'll decide whether you require some fresh eyes (review), a little extra hands-on help (revision), or a whole new document built to suit (creation). You'll note, I often say 'we' because the creation of your documents is a team effort where you take an active role in building your bespoke document environment. Review - If you have SOPs already, we can review them and discuss areas for change. We'll come up with plan for remediation. You will take the lead on making the changes to the SOP Revision - We'll add or subtract some stuff and maybe move some things around for better flow of information. We'll run it through the Standard i's copy editor to give it a grammatical polish as well. Creation - We build a bespoke SOPs that suit your specific needs. Policy, process documents, forms - whatever it takes to ensure all aspects of the operation are codified to your satisfaction.
